Community Campaigns Mentorship

LGT is launching a Community Campaigns Mentorship Role in the Community Development Team.
This is a learning role which involves two days a week training and two days work experience. It is focused on campaigns, community development, communications and media. The duration of the role is 2 years and it is paid at the London Living Wage rate.

The role is funded through the Moving for Change Professional Mentorship scheme, which aims to improve and increase opportunities for Gypsies and Travellers to engage in work-based learning and development and gain new skills and knowledge.

The role will involve working with a line manager and peer mentor to put together a learning plan covering key skills for working with Gypsy and Traveller communities in London to influence change. It will also involve taking responsibility for your learning, reflecting on the training experience and putting skills and knowledge into practice in the Community Development team.

The deadline to apply is 30th April and the interview date is 12th May.
